Enhancing Feedback Opportunities
Much of our work over recent years has been on making more productive
use of the formal feedback mechanisms (such as performance appraisals,
360 degree feedback, employee satisfaction surveys) common in many of
our client organizations. Central to our work in this area is uncovering
and working with the internal dilemmas that are part of any formal or
informal feedback process, both for the feedback giver and receiver.
